Return & Refund Policy

1) Return Eligibility & Window

  • You may return items within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and tags (if any).
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, or perishability reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable items
  • Intimates (including underwear, bodysuits, and similar)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products

Include your proof of purchase inside the package. We recommend using trackable shipping and keeping your receipt until the return is fully processed.


4) Return Shipping Fee Policy

Here’s how return shipping costs are handled:

  • Customer-caused returns (subjective reasons): If the return is due to personal preference, wrong size chosen by the customer, or any reason not related to product quality or our website information, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Our responsibility (website description or product quality issues): If the return is due to inaccurate product description on our website, product defects, damage on arrival, or an incorrect item shipped, we bear the return shipping cost.

Required wording:

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Note: In cases where return shipping is prepaid by us, we will provide a label or instructions. If you pay upfront for an authorized quality-related return, we will reimburse reasonable, documented shipping costs according to our policy.


5) Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorization and the correct return instructions.
  2. Prepare the item in original packaging, include proof of purchase, and securely seal the parcel.
  3. Ship to the return address listed in Section 3 using a trackable method.
  4. Share the tracking number with our support team to expedite processing.

6) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos/videos showing the issue and your order number.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, and cover the return shipping costs.
  • Claims for damage or incorrect items should be made within 7 days of delivery.

7) Refunds & Processing Time

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned item.
  • Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
  • If a return is not approved (e.g., used, damaged, missing parts not due to our error), we may return the item to you or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

If the reason for return isn’t our error and we provided a return label, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


8) Order Cancellation Policy

We support order cancellations within a limited window:

  • Cancellation window: You may cancel your order within 7 days of payment.
  • Merchant processing timeline: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak periods or when order volume increases, processing time may exceed 7 business days.
  • Cancellation conditions:
    • If your cancellation request is submitted before the order has shipped and within the permitted 7-day cancellation window, the order can be canceled in full.
    • If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery according to this policy.

Refunds for canceled orders (that meet the above criteria) will be issued to the original payment method.


9) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • For customer-caused exchanges, you may be responsible for shipping fees.
  • For quality-related or fulfillment errors on our side, we cover shipping.

10) Additional Notes

  • Returns without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
  • Please do not return items to any address other than the one listed in Section 3.
  • We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes.
